Water Loss in a Point Pleasant Office

The lights reflecting off the water-soaked carpet in this Point Pleasant office shouts out for help! Our SERVPRO company quickly dispatched a group of dedicated technicians to mitigate the water damage. The After Photo illustrates the efforts needed to save the cubicles, desks, and expensive electronics from high humidity and non-salvageable loss. We removed the industrial-grade, glued-down carpet, which was lifting from the subfloor, and also removed the vinyl baseboards. The drilled holes (weep holes) help to drain water from the voids and to circulate air to enhance evaporation. The air movers greatly increase the airflow to ensure an efficient rate of drying. We work hard and fast to minimize the disturbances to the workplace.
